Return Policy

Glove Station provides a 90-day return policy on all orders directly placed on the website. If 90 days have gone by since your website order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or process refunds outside of this time period.

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, feel free to return your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please Note: Returns for orders placed from our authorized retailers are subject to their policies.

Return Process

    Send us an email at support@glovestation.com providing us with the following:
    1. Your order number.
    2. The reason for your return.
    3. A photo of the product you're wanting to return.

    Once we receive that email, we will review and send you a shipping label.

    When we receive the item, we will inspect it and either refund you your money back or exchange it with the same product that is new if you so choose.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the item has passed inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Returns due to:

    • Purchasing the wrong size or color
    • Buyers remorse or no longer needing the item

    will result in a $15 flat rate fee that will be deducted from your refund.

     

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
